Includes: All necessary documentation, customized constitution, subscription agreements, KYC checks, filing fees, and all necessary services required to set up the SPV, collect the funds from investors, and transfer the funds to the target company. Fees are inclusive of all necessary ACRA filings, bookkeeping, registry keeping, tax compliance, and other necessary services to ensure a fully functional corporate entity on an ongoing basis.
Additional Capital Raise (Optional)
S$2,500 Raise Fee
Includes: All documentation, KYC, filing fees and other related services to fully perform the additional capital raise end-to-end.
Nominee Director for Singapore (Optional)
S$3,500 Annual Fee
In Singapore, every incorporated entity needs a local director. If you are not able to nominate a Singapore citizen or PR for the position, we offer a nominee director service for an additional annual fee.
